Malaysia – Peninsular: 3-5 working days

Malaysia-East: 7-14 working days

International country: The delivery time depends on the local customs settlement of the buyer's country.


** In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by carrier arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our Customer Service-LiveChat  to verify within 7 days of the order date.


Shipping Restrictions for Large Items

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all locations across the country.

  • Limits for certain items may require the buyer to provide additional information to ship the item.
  • Large and bulky items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes address.
  • When you buy a large item on, you can customize your shipping experience by setting your own pick-up options and choosing a pick-up date or you can arrange your own carrier (this mechanism will not have postage costs).
  • An adult signature is required for large items delivery depending on your delivery service options.


Missing/ Defective/ Incorrect Item

Undeliverable Packages

When the carrier returns the package as undeliverable, we will notify the buyer.

If the address error is from the buyer's side, the cost of reshipment is borne by the buyer.

A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:

  • The address is incorrect. Usually, the package is kept for a period that can vary depending on the courier holding it and then returns it to us. Double check the address carefully when placing your order
  • You used a restricted address. If you send the order to a prison, correctional facility, or other similar institution, the products and/or the carrier responsible for delivery may be subject to specific restrictions.
  • The carrier attempted delivery but failed. Most of our carriers make more than one (1) attempt to deliver a package. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your package (maximum three (3) attempts), they'll return it to us.
  • If you suspect your order can't be delivered as addressed, and you haven't received confirmation of its return or refund three (3) weeks after from the estimated delivery date
