Impact on the Malaysian Literary Scene
Karangkraf Mall has significantly impacted the Malaysian brick-and-mortar literary scene by bridging the gap between traditional and digital book purchasing. It has made literature more accessible to a broader audience, promoting a reading culture across the nation. The convenience of online shopping has complemented physical stores, allowing readers to explore and purchase books from the comfort of their homes.
Expansion and Online Presence
Karangkraf Mall has expanded its online sales, making its products available on major e-commerce websites like Shopee and Lazada. This expansion has increased the visibility and reach of our publications, catering to a wider audience. Additionally, we are continuously enhancing our own e-commerce platform to provide a seamless shopping experience, with plans to introduce more interactive features and exclusive content for our customers.
