1) Returns & Exchanges can be made within 3 DAYS after item received.
2) All SALE, AS-IS, DEFECTIVE SALE ITEM and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3) Exchange of item is subject to stock availability.
4) Refund is strictly not allowed only exchange.
5) The item returned must be in their original condition,
UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging.
6) The goods will be inspected once received. If item is not in their original condition, we will return back to customer using JNT pay at drop off.
7) Shipping charges are to be borne by customers for exchange item.
8) You may exchange to different product with same value or lesser.
(The balance will not be refunded)
9) Item is not allowed to exchange :
- Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
- Item that has been washed, altered (shorten / hemmed) and ironed
- Item that has stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc
- Item defected caused by customer
- Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
- Exceed 3 days from the date of received item
- Item with no price tag or label
