Puan Hjh Nor Bi Bt. Abd Rahman is a former experienced primary and secondary English Language teacher with a teaching certificate from MPPM, Melaka (1976), a diploma in TESL, IPSI (1991), a certificate of SAL, Macquarie?University, Sydney (1994) and a degree in TESL, Lancaster University, UK (1997).

Besides winning the innovative Teacher Award at the national level in 1993 and at the state level in 1993, 2001 and 2005 (Individual Category), she had also received the Excellent Service Award in 1992, 2001 and 2010.

She is also involved in presenting papers on her simple innovated approach of teaching grammar at the district, state as well as the national level.
